In-Stock Orders: We offer a 20% restocking fee for returned in-stock items.

Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable.

Installed Products: No refunds will be issued for doors that have already been installed.

Product Returns: We offer refunds only on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Timeframe:

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Upon approval, the returned items must be shipped back in their original condition.
