1. Refund Eligibility:

  • In-Stock Orders: We offer a 20% restocking fee for returned in-stock items.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-refundable.

  • Installed Products: No refunds will be issued for doors that have already been installed.

  • Product Returns: We offer refunds only on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Timeframe:

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

3. Process for Refunds:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@outlookfoldingdoors.com to initiate a return or refund request.

  • Upon approval, the returned items must be shipped back in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product.

4. Shipping and Delivery Fees:

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
